ENGLAND told the Palestinians to move out to neighbouring countries until the Britsh army was finished clearing out all the Israeli 'rebels'. The year was 1948 - 1949 the Arab Israeli war. Lots of people forget that Palestine used to be a British mandate state. We all know what happened next, the English led army got beat and the Palestinians, they sided with the enemy and bet on the wrong horse and that is why they are in this as stateless refugees. 😊

Yes and the truth is religions are horrible and this is all over religion and land. No need for wars and no need for religions. Time to move forward as a whole and those who do not wish to do so, can go their own way.

A crash course on history of the PALESTINIAN STATE: 1. Before Israel, there was a British mandate, not a Palestinian state 2. Before the British Mandate, there was the Ottoman Empire, not a Palestinian state. 3. Before the Ottoman Empire, there was the Islamic state of the Mamluks of Egypt, not a Palestinian state. 4. Before the Islamic state of the Mamluks of Egypt, there was the Ayubid Arab-Kurdish Empire, not a Palestinian state. 5. Before the Ayubid Empire, there was the Frankish and Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem, not a Palestinian state. 6. Before the Kingdom of Jerusalem, there was the Umayyad and Fatimid empires, not a Palestinian state. 7. Before the Umayyad and Fatimid empires, there was the Byzantine empire, not a Palestinian state. 8. Before the Byzantine Empire, there were the Sassanids, not a Palestinian state. 9. Before the Sassanid Empire, there was the Byzantine Empire, not a Palestinian state. 10. Before the Byzantine Empire, there was the Roman Empire, not a Palestinian state. 11. Before the Roman Empire, there was the Hasmonean state not a Palestinian state. 12. Before the Hasmonean state, there was the Seleucid, not a Palestinian state. 13. Before the Seleucid empire, there was the empire of Alexander the Great, not a Palestinian state. 14. Before the empire of Alexander the Great, there was the Persian empire, not a Palestinian state. 15. Before the Persian Empire, there was the Babylonian Empire, not a Palestinian state. 16. Before the Babylonian Empire, there were the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, not a Palestinian state. 17. Before the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, there was the Kingdom of Israel, not a Palestinian state. 18. Before the kingdom of Israel, there was the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, not a Palestinian state. 19. Before the theocracy of the twelve tribes of Israel, there was an agglomeration of independent Canaanite city-kingdoms, not a Palestinian state. 20. Actually, in this piece of land there has been everything, EXCEPT A PALESTINIAN STATE. A little more history for those wanting to 'restore Palestine. In 132 AD the Emperor Hadrian resolved to stamp the Jews and their religion out of existence. He sold all Jewish prisoners into slavery after the revolt of Bar Kikhba, forbade the teaching of the Torah, renamed the province Syria Palestina, and changed Jerusalem's name to Aelia Capitolina. He renamed Israel to wipe out the national identity of Israel and the Jews. So if you are looking to 'restore Palestine to the Palestinians', you need to give it back

It’s all irrelevant, you can’t trace your lineage to a land and call it yours. The key point is the state of Israel exists now, that’s not going to change so what are we going to do to move on because the status quo is equally not morally acceptable.

palestine has many meanings but these peoples arabs and Levantines use the word as a form unity and a common goal an independent palestine without getting bombed every week or month, they did win before but the west brought jews back and leventines and arabs got fucked over, it just hard work ruined by the west because jews had nowhere to go, there is no Levantine nation restored or aided by the west these peoples have no choice to help themselves in a good or bad manner its just survival

This is so open and honest and a very good podcast. I’ve been there too. Medication helped me no end from my intrusive thoughts due to my long term marriage break. I’m now off the medication after being on it for 5 years and I feel like me again. I also had counselling which I had to pay for as the waiting list on the NHS was very long and I felt I couldn’t wait that long. It is hard to talk to friends and family as they don’t know how to act around someone that isn’t in a good head place. Like you say I think there needs to be more support groups. x

I get the guys passion for his training and nutrition because I live the same life. But I’m grateful for people like James Smith for being able to appeal to a mass market and help people. At the end of the day, weight management is controlled by calories regardless of specific macronutrient tailoring. And people just need someone to constantly be in their face to remind them. All us trainers and gym owners should share the common goal and help people. Respect the mans passion and work ethic, but agree with “Karen”…. I don’t believe the cross examining of a each other helps the wider community regardless of whether the information may not be entirely correct. Anyway, rang over. Great work guys.
