The mistery about why England is always shrouded in a thick fog is finally lifted! Have you all noticed how, around 2:00 and forward, there are small circular clouds of smoke forming from the exhaust? 😅

These cold start loco videos remind me of the film, “The Flight of the Phoenix” 1965, where Jimmy Stewart uses five cartridges in the Kaufman starter to get the aeroplanes radial engine running so they could escape from the desert.

That 50 is a work of art. 50007 "Hercules", 50031 "Hood", 50033 "Glorious", 50035 "Ark Royal", and 50044 "Exeter". The locomotives are based in Kidderminster, except for 50007, which is based at Washwood Heath.
