It is known that adyar river is a geological boundary of a faultline in Chennai. South of adyar river, the hard rock layers come within a few meters. So does this mean the entire stretch from Adyar to sholinganallur will be more difficult and slower to drill ?

IN Alandur metro 3rd floor where St,thomas mount train comes the Lift is constructed in wrong direction. Instead of lift helping people to climb up its built enablingpeople to walk glide down. Hopefully such design errors are not made . Else Chennai metro is great work and it will create new record with Double decker metro and Mylapore Underground station and also the plan to enter a Building is also commendable .

@@syedmomin1678 Sir if you go to Alandur station the train to St thomas mount comes in 3rd floor. There is a staircase but it just too long and it is tiring,The escalar parallel to that is unfortunately given for people to walkdown[The escalator should be in opposte direction from Down to top but its otherway gliding down] and not go up because walking up is the most tiring thing there.if you pay a visit you will understand.The escalator has been positioned wrongly from Top to Down helping people to getdown whichis so easy but it should have been other way round
