a hilarious moment was when one of the promoters came backstage after, Mary Ocher was sitting next to Shambhu, and he enthusiastically told Shambhu she was the BEST act all night, blew everyone else away. One of these things, is not like the other...

Peter Joe Jim Hutton she told them that they had to leave I don't think Freddy would have wanted that because they live there and they helped Freddy when he was sick I think that was horrible what she did and she even got money from the the movie that was made

He left the house to Mary, that's why Freddie left Peter,Joe and Jim the price of a house. Mary did not throw them out.Jim Beach had told them they had 3 months to find somewhere else to live.Dont believe every thing that Jim said in that book he later retracted a lot of it.

@@jodawson5268 you're wrong pay attention he told them they had to leave they worked there they weren't free loading so that's why she's alone today and she should be she's a nasty person but she never showed Freddie that side of her pay attention to all the interviews
@jodawson52686 ай бұрын
@lucilleconsenza8239 Who were they working for? Freddie had died. He left the house to Mary. Legally they had to leave so probate could happen. Freddie knew they couldn't stay there that's why he left them what he did and arranged for them to get the money straight away.Mary on the other hand had to wait for probate to go through and it took years.She paid for the upkeep of that house out of her own money until the money from FMs will was released. Please get your facts right. You don't like Mary, ok I get it. You don't know her side of the story and there are aways 2 sides to the story.

@@jodawson5268 when was the clock the other one was the gardener Peter Freestone that was different he worked for Freddy as an assistant the other two had jobs there and Peter Freestone and Joe would give Freddie the medicine everyday where was Mary she resented Jim Hutton because Freddie loved him and not her when he's going to get it through your head he was gay he couldn't love her the way she wanted to be loved so when he died she walked around with a sour face and hated anybody that was close to Freddy she didn't bother with any of Freddy's Friends but thank God for Peter Freestone he keeps Freddy alive because he tells us the stories about Freddy and Gordon Lodge what he thought of it she just wants the money she got enough money and their kids are out they don't even want to be bothered with her her husband left her you can praise your all you want all Freddy's personal things she could have rented a spot and had a museum and she could collect all that money for the museum in left it to her kids and don't forget Freddy still has his sister she was around before Freddy's family knew that he was gay she just stepped in so they think that he had a girlfriend she played the role like she's playing one now

The 50 years regards the trust vesting date. Phoebe is confused or ???? The charities only inherit if ALL beneficiaries are dead. That would mean Mary, Kashmira and her children. The home belongs to Mary to do with what she chooses.

I have a question for you Mr. Freestone, Now that all of Freddie"s stuff is being auctioned at Sotheby"s is that money going to charity or does Mary keep it ???????????????????????????? The reason I ask is you said in his will after he was gone for 50 years he wanted the stuff sold for charity.

some of the proceeds are going to the Mercury Phoenix Trust, and some to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
@Powdermonkey720 Жыл бұрын
That’s not what the will says. All those auction items and the home belong to Mary Austin. The 50 years is the vesting date of the trust regarding future income and Freddie’s companies.
@jodawson5268 Жыл бұрын
.The house and every thing in it belongs to Mary to do with what she wants, as per Freddies will. His estate is still open,and his companies are also. As I understand when his last beneficiaries have passed or 50 years has passed his whole estate will be wound up and closed.What is left will be given to the charities of Frèddìes own choosing.
@Powdermonkey72011 ай бұрын
@@jodawson5268 The 50 years is the trust vesting date. That means the trust dissolves and the living beneficiaries are entitled to their shares of the trust assets. So, if Mary and Kash are alive at the 50 years, their share percentages are distributed to them. Jim Beach doesn’t manage the trust assets after vesting. All beneficiaries have to be dead before the charities would inherit. However, Jim Beach had discretion to change the trust vesting date if he chose. For all we know, it’s dissolved, or maybe it will last the 50 years.
