Great news and an excellent challenge Utah AG to the unconstitutional FLPMA! The Homestead Act was never lawfully repealed, (see section 702 of the FLPMA listing the repealed laws). The Feds unlawfully claiming it was repealed is at the least fraud and at the most is an act of war (treason) against the people and the states by depriving us of our public lands. The Feds, who are but trustees, claiming to “own” our public lands is the equivalent of a property manager claiming ownership over land he manages or administers. It’s preposterous and absurd! The people have a right to claim and settle the public domain, and the federal government does not have the authority to “own” the people’s public lands in perpetuity, but only to dispose of it.
