1. Losses are Inevitable: Example: "Embrace the reality that losses are part of trading. It's like a rite of passage; you can't avoid it, but you can learn from it." 2. Market Uncertainty: Example: "No crystal ball here. Markets are inherently uncertain, and even the best predictions can go astray. Adaptability is your best ally." 3. Emotional Rollercoaster: Example: "Trading is an emotional game. Brace yourself for highs and lows; it's like a rollercoaster where emotional control is your safety harness." 4. No Holy Grail Strategy: Example: "There's no one-size-fits-all strategy. What works for others might not work for you. Building a personalized approach is crucial." 5. Continuous Learning Curve: Example: "The learning never stops. Markets evolve, strategies need adjusting. If you think you know it all, that's when you're in trouble."

While KZbin can be a valuable source of information, there are times when it's crucial to trust your own judgment and not let online content dictate your trading decisions. Here are three instances when you should be cautious about following KZbin advice: 1. Hype Overload: If a video is hyping up a particular stock or trading strategy without presenting a balanced view of the risks involved, be wary. Excessive hype can create unrealistic expectations and lead to impulsive decisions. 2. Lack of Personal Research: Never execute a trade solely based on someone else's analysis. Use KZbin as a starting point for ideas, but conduct your own in-depth research. This ensures you understand the nuances of the trade and can make informed decisions aligned with your risk tolerance and financial goals. 3. Overly Complex Strategies: Some KZbin videos may present complex trading strategies that seem promising but are difficult to implement, especially for beginners. Avoid strategies that don't align with your level of expertise and risk tolerance. Stick to approaches that you can comfortably execute and manage. Remember, KZbin is a tool, not a crystal ball. It can provide insights, but your success in trading ultimately depends on your ability to make well-informed decisions. When have you decided not to follow KZbin advice? Share your experiences!

How about you? How do you approach your exit strategy?

Navigating the complexities of the financial markets requires not just a solid entry plan but a robust exit strategy. Here are three crucial aspects to consider when crafting your exit game plan 👇
@marketsdotcom Жыл бұрын
1. Risk-Reward Ratio: Balancing risk and reward is fundamental. Before entering a trade, determine the acceptable level of risk relative to the potential reward. This ratio guides you in setting realistic profit targets and stop-loss levels, fostering a disciplined approach. 2. Technical Indicators: Incorporate technical indicators into your exit strategy. Moving averages, support and resistance levels, and trendlines offer valuable insights into potential turning points in the market. Utilize these indicators to gauge when the prevailing trend might be losing momentum. 3. Market Conditions: Stay attuned to the broader market environment. A well-timed exit considers not only the specific asset's performance but also external factors such as economic indicators, geopolitical events, and market sentiment. Be flexible in adjusting your exit strategy based on changing conditions.

Ofc I’d like to earn 20% rather than 10%, but I am a very paranoid person. At the beginning of my career I’m surely going for that 10% consistent gains just to get used to trading and mean while I run the 20% strat on my demo account just to get used to it. After I know and understand how it works I’d probably apply them both

I mean, yeah - we humans are predictable, but only for another human. And besides that the movement of the price of a market is decided by 1 or few extremely capable traders (hedge founds or national banks) who decided one day to buy or sell that market pumping or dumping it for hundreds of millions dollars. It is literally a decision of a single person who is responsible for trading for a big company. AI is an incredible tool but it can’t read mind of people. I’m pretty skeptical about this ai being a “graal” of trading. You probably can build a profitable strategy with it but I don’t think it will be much more profitable than many other conventional strategies.

Banks failures are usually announced Friday after markets close. This gives government players time to try to sell the bank or figure out how to deal with fallout over the weekend. Perhaps people were worried about another band failure on Friday March 17 , 2023 causing them to sell.
