You just want to make sure whatever fold you put it in, is on your config with ensure and that folder name next to it I typically create a folder [maps] and then drop individual folders inside of that for each mlo and then just go to config and ensure [maps]

Yup, one of two reasons... its either because of the class of vehicle. You need to make sure under your garage script, there should be a section where it says the type of vehicles you can park there. Make sure whatever class vehicle you have is listed. Second reason could be because you dont own it, if you just do /car blista for example, the car will spawn but you wont be able to park it because you dont own it. You can own it through the admin menu i thnk its /admincar while sitting in the car if im not mistaken or you can purchase the car from your car dealer.

you hit T first. That should pop up your admin menu if your on qbcore, and then you type /car followed by whatever your car name is. For example /car blista and then hit enter

That is my server folder, yours will be named something different. You just want to go where all your server resources are for QBCore

make sure your stream files are all there, check to make sure your resource file is there, sometimes using a fxmanifest or resource file from another car helps. Aside from that make sure your using the correct spawn name. If you still need help just hit me up in discord!

Check and make sure your resource manifest is correct and there and you arent missing any files from the stream folder or data folder of the car

I’m not sure about free ones. You might find some packs on GitHub or GTA 5 mods. I don’t endorse any leaks so can’t provide any other information on that. As far as paid vehicles bad bloods makes some very nice vehicles and northern mods as well.

which part are you asking about? as long as you have qb-core. Go to your qbcore folder, then shared folder, then vehicles to add the name of the vehicle for it to spawn... and as far as adding the actual files for the cars you just need to go to your resource folder and create a folder and name it [cars] and drag the car files into that folder. Make sure you go to your server config and type ensure [cars] to make sure the folder is started with the server. Hope this helps!
