Hello Sir, Your video content is amazing and I enjoyed it very much. So far, you have uploaded 193+ videos and achieved only 309+ subscribers and your videos are not viewed and subscribed that much. The numbers should be more than they are now. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target viewers. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. So you need to optimize your KZbin channels & do video SEO then your channel will rank & grow very fast and monetization of your channel will be on. I'm happy to provide free SEO for any 2 of your Videos as a trial. After that period, if you are pleased with the results we can work together. Otherwise No harm. Are you interested in improving those issues?

About 40 years ago, I was working in London and took evening classes from a Frenchman who lived in South London, Michel de Lantivy, whose family had Russian connections. He became a friend, though unfortunately I lost touch with him when my work took me to Hong Kong in the mid-1980s. I searched his name online from time to time in the hope of re-establishing contact, but without success, though on one occasion recently I found a reference to a de Lantivy who was a cabinet maker in London whom I suspect might be his son. The last time I met Michel was on the eve of my departure for Asia. We had dinner together in Central London, Covent Garden I think, and I remember that he ordered as his main course a pig's trotter - though , again unfortunately. I can't remember the French name for that dish.... Les sanglots longs des violons de l'automne.....

With regard to depression, Jesus said : " Be of good cheer. " Saint Paul in the scriptures also says : " You must always be happy. I repeat, what I want is your happiness. " Depression is evil and a horrible horrible thing . Survival is all that matters. Oh survive at all costs. Suicide might be like " jumping out of the frying pan into the fire ." I wish you well, and would advise you to help the poor by giving to Charities. With regard to anxiety, Jesus advises us " Do not worry. " God loves us. Bless you both with good mental, emotional and spiritual health and happiness . Marisa x

What most people aren't aware of is that there is a huge overlap between the final stage of burnout and depression. While depression has other causes than burnout then prevention of burnout can prevent many depression cases. This video opens up it further: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpezimeFm7KCeck Burnout frequently leads to a career change as going back to the place where burnout happened is difficult. Instead of hard work, we all should aim for smart work and excellent self-leadership. Running your own business delivers your opportunity to make self-care a priority and integrate work-life on your own terms. Awareness and self-awareness are here the keys!

Thank you so much for this video. Living with bipolar disorder can be extremely complicated, but once you understand what is happening, it's easier to sit out the depression. I live by two mottos: 'This, too, shall pass' and 'Never give up'.

I survived my suicidal attempt when I was 18. Later on diagnosed with Bipolar. I am so grateful that I didn’t die even though I became paralyzed. By God’s Grace, my mental health is excellent now. If you are depressed, I hope you will not give up, it’s a treatable medical condition. If I can recover, anyone is able to potentially. Sharing my experience here kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpqQoKFqhdJ-q6c

We also use this term passing or passed, people just don't want to even say that someone has died, it's horrible, mum died she hasn't passed, say it how it is, it's almost a denial about what's happened

Somehow there seems to be developing a real gap between service users and lived experience people and "survivors" and the work they are doing within services to change and educate our broken psych system and these people on the public stage talking to the public generally. I'm not sure how we join the two. Somehow some really fundamental changes need to be made to the medical model thinking that infects the medical profession who pathologist everyday human experience into illness. Public perception of mental illness is driven by people being told they are ill because always the question that is asked is "what is wrong with you" it should be "whats happened to you" and therefore framing how a person is in the context of their lives rather than telling them that they are ill

Oh Lucy you made me laugh and cry at the same time! But I love that you also buy birthday cakes, I'll stop feeling guilty about that!! ;-) and also the fact that you are a sort of an anti Mary Poppins perfection: love the 'Splendidly Imperfect'! and above all the honesty speaking about the difficulty in juggling work and motherhood, and the shock of becoming a parent.
