Constructive feedback: Tenors, put more space between your up beats. Try using this exercise as a means to establish your role as "filler" in the drumline. That means you have to be extremely sensitive as to where the down beat is so that you can nail the upbeat. Also: basses, make sure you NAIL those "one" counts so that everyone can keep the cadence in the pocket. Your hits should be solid with the snares' attack. Snares, if you sense that your off, rely on the basses to get back on the one.
