Hi, You said you would explain what the items were on the left side top of fishing box, I saw some cute little kitty face thing and couldn’t really tell what the other items were. I am curious what are they and what are they used for?

So happy to hear that tests came back clear! I'm sure it was a big weight off your mind. I remember when my Mum and Dad left me in my Uni dorm room I was so anxious because I didn't know anyone and was bit shy, but soon made friends. That was a long time ago! 🤣 I've been good lately and not bought any DAC or DD. I don't like having more than one WIP going at a time! 🤣 I believe in the white feathers as well 🥰

i use my tweezers instead of pens never couild get pens to pick up wax i use a magnafying glass and the tweezers and light box thats all i need since i do my painting on my walker since im disabled

I was a classroom assistant years ago for a little girl who had cerebral palsy and hearing difficulties was with her for near 4 years, loved it we both still keep in touch even though she in her late 20's now 😊 Glad you enjoying your job 😊 Over here in Northern Ireland our kids get the whole of July and August off school. I don't have a big stash either though if won the lottery would have whole house full 😅 I love WIP n chats, unboxing videos I also like watching videos on diamond painting accessories, storage, pens, putty etc. I'm type of person who only likes to do one painting at a time, though would complete off canvas projects at same time sometimes, hate having more than one WIP! 😅 Goodness fingers crossed all goes well with your health 🙏💞

Aww hun missed u, im so glad u are enjoying your job still, special ed is fantastic. Jays school has been amazing he has thrived so much and they are moving him up early into 6form from sept (he would be going into yr11 mainstream ) . Talking about Skegness were are going the this weekend for rhe day as its only just over 1hr away from us haha. I hope all goes well health wise for you also keeping everything crossed. Any video you do i love but wish your wip n waffles were a little longer but i understand why shorter xx

I've also thought it would be a good idea to offer the kits without the tray and pen. Once you done a few kits you end up with an unnecessary stockpile of those to try and dispose of.

I've done 2 or 3 diamond paintings now, and have several in my stash. Just wondering what do people do with the left over dots? I'm a bit concerned I'm going to end up with lots of random dots, and not sure how to use up or dispose of in a "sustainable" way. Can they go in recycling?

@@Dawn-e6p I've been thinking about this so much lately, lots of people keep them incase they run out of drills on other projects, but in 4 years of diamond painting I've only ever run out once..some people use them in other crafts/to decorate (I think there is a group on Facebook for that) and there is another group on Facebook where people send them to others who are in need of a specific DMC number, some donate to schools for art projects, some people save them for HAED projects (heaven and earth design). I've been keeping mine and so far haven't done anything with them, so as you can imagine, I have alot, and really do need to decide what to do with them, like you I want to try and make sure I can use up/dispose of in an ethical way, I need to decide what to do xx

I can't afford DAC. But I got a gorgeous tabby cat portrait dp from Amazon. He looks just like my (late) Buddy! I did the eyes in Bud's colors in crystals. So beautiful. This one gets framed for on the wall. 😸😸😽👵

I always use crystal/rhinestone drills for a cat's eyes. Just match the crystals to the colors there. Really gives a pretty punch. 😸😸😽👵
