I’v had a bad experience with Khov… many many issues. Substandard workmanship….does not feel like a brand new home. I’m a buyer from CA. Closed in May… still dealing with issues….

We moved in at Oct 23rd, found out the food disposal is broken, reproted to "home services" , yet, as of today's day, Nov 8th, their electritian have not come here to fix it. Along with many other incidents, in conclusion, K Hovenanian is not a trustworthy builder at all --- at least in my experience of life, never encountered or heard any builder as lousy as they do.

We just move into our newly built townhouse in Phoeniex, AZ--- not much good luck we have--- found out that there is a trash bin 2 feet away, right next to the only side with widows!!! so we figured: we can never open that windows all year round, unless we would like to smell the massive trash smell; and we can never have a barbecue in our backyard unless we wouldn't mind to dine with flies/bug/trash smell; needless to say the value for sale will be much decreased than we bought.

We love Four Seasons and have lived here for 4 years. Not sure who the folks are in the commercial for have never seen any of them at the clubhouse or while walking my dog.

I bought khov townhouse built in 2006. Now needing some repairs noticed builder uses many shortcuts and improper techniques in their homes. Very disappointed.

My wife and I have been renting for 8+ years. We are now finally ready to build our home, but just found out that KKOV requires a 10% deposit before they begin building? The house we are looking to build will cost over $500k. Meaning we will need to deposit $50k+, not including closing cost. Our credit score is close to 800. Just disappointing. We will probably just continue renting and save our money for something else.

I just bought. I want a roof over my head when I retire, without having someone raise rent on me or kick me out for different reasons, or having to rent in a retirement rental with other old people. Depressing, I’d rather live in my own my house.

They don’t guarantee a house fee of mold. the best part if the house is appraised under the selling price they won’t match it you will have to bring the earnest money or they can terminate. Not like Drhorton, texas home megatel history maker Lennar Among others match appraisal and fix things by the inspection. Then problem aren’t their products is their contract Me and my husband still finding fees that we don’t even know where they coming from. Still waiting for sales manager to remove this fee seller administrative fee and explain to us why the how have over 3K in unexplainable upgrades and to admen our contract.
