Namaste, Dental implants are usually made form titanium alloy or zirconium. they are supposed last a lifetime. Main reasons for failure are occlusal imbalances and changes in medical health such as diabetes.

Namaste, Scalloped tongue, and teeth mark on tongue can be due to certain medical conditions, better to visit a physician for the same. Also, ulcerations if more than 2 weeks then needs to be checked out. Major reason for scalloped tongue is tongue enlargement which may be due to thyroid related issues.

Namaste, At this age braces are not recommended, but other interventions can be done. Best to visit a pediatric dentist or orthodontist for the same.

Namaste, Major reasons for the pain after RCT is the occlusal imbalance. Better to get a cap done soon or at least reduce the tooth so that it is not used in normal chewing for the time being.

My root canal is 10 years old and I broke the Cerec emax crown on it because bad fitting. I got a new zirconia crown and the X-ray shows the roots filled and looks brand new. Will it last? I don’t have much tooth left but the roots are healthy and sealed

Namaste, The average life of a zirconia based crown is about 5-7 years, as post that due to heavy forces the natural tooth tends to break. Hence we prefer using light weight Sapteeth, which have a longer life and do not damage underlying structures. If the roots are healthy then the cap can stay for long.
