Serge is a BACKSTABBING NARCISSIST. Long live Tom some of Toms new stuff on latest Album is far better than Kasabians new, pop rap SLP god knows what some of it is. Serge as the new so called frontman is laughable he cant sing anywhere as good as Tom, not hate, granted Serge wrote most of the songs but it was Tom who brought them to life he was the soul of the band, sorry if i am on a rant but Tom was close to suicide with his Mental health etc and where were his so called brothers, kicking him when he was down thats where Unforgivable. I am in full admiration of Tom for the strength he has shown god bless him🙏♥️🙏
@Mara-c1jАй бұрын
Awful idea to mixt this. If you like it enjoy on you own. Slp aka kasabian is crap and they're mediocre as people too. Tom have all righs to be angry on them. More correctly named it "kasabian x the slp" You forgot to write what "they are still good 😂 Enjoy
@StephentoutdoorsАй бұрын
I mixed it up as I still think they should've kicked him out the band, they were still in hiatus and had time for him to get help and sort his shit out , they were meant to be lifelong friends, tom feels shit on and stabbed in the back , I defo don't condone what tom did but everyone gets 2nd chances and was years ago now , he certainly shouldn't have been cancelled , I will continue to see him live but he needs to stop the bitterness as he's gonna make himself ill again
@Mara-c1jАй бұрын
@Stephentoutdoors if you add "i don't condone what he did" does that make you feel better? like you're a good person? i hope you don't condone the emotional abuse, manipulation and lies that his ex band used and uses either. all of this was before 2020. they watched his depression for years, ignored it, put it on a 120 show tour, then tried to escape during his most difficult time and took everything from him and blamed him for everything in the world and now he has to look at his life's work where people like you write that they are still good and he was never needed being just a singing puppet. it's really worth just letting go ✨✨
@Mara-c1jАй бұрын
@@Stephentoutdoors these are not the consequences of what tom did, these are the consequences of everything that happened over the years, unfortunately he couldn't get away from them earlier. it's a shame. "just letting go" requires years of professional therapy.

No i didn't record in-between the songs , wish I did though as after would you mind it concerned me how bitter he still is with either kasabian or others, he needs to let go or he's gonna make himself ill , great gig though and I did every song but only a couple full length
@Mara-c1jАй бұрын
@@Stephentoutdoorsthanks for the video! you probably just don't understand what really happened and what's been going on for years, that's why you're saying he needs to let go or that he's bitter. no, it's a huge trauma that can never be fixed. maybe you're music fans and don't really know much about the band and everything that happened, but that's what grief really looks like to him. he gave his whole life to this band, allowed them to do everything, even to his own detriment. they tortured him and he lived to despair because he couldn't leave his tormentors earlier. and now they've taken his place and are pretending he never existed. isn't this another form of abuse they continue to torture him with? i feel really sorry for tom. don't tell him he just needs to let go. if you were in his shoes, you'd be told that...are you going through grief? Just let it go! ✨ yeah

@@Mara-c1j I love Tom - and have supported him at several solo gigs, but let's not gloss over his part in his sacking. It's not just the band - he F'd up at the height of the Me Too movement and was essentially removed from the entire public consciousness. He seems to have atoned for his sins and Vicky has forgiven him - but let's not pretend it didn't happen either, regardless of the reasons that may have put him in that state.
@Mara-c1j28 күн бұрын
@@CMB81-t9x I never pretend there wasn't a "good reason", you shouldn't gloss over all the sh!t this band has done to him over the years. that's all. they are to blame for his terrible condition over the years, and he is most to blame for not starting a solo career before he got to the point of despair, because then none of this would have happened, he wouldn't have had to live with depression for years. he trusted these people more than himself, allowing them to do whatever they wanted, even if it harmed him. His personal life didn't bother you when he openly said he was having a hard time, but you saw what happened and decided to make a different example out of him. His family forgave him, he got help, it's nobody else's business. Don't forget or cross out many other things. It's his band too, he put his life into it, and if you think they put as much into it, look at how defining Tom's work has been from the beginning. He works with an audience from 1 person to 100,000 people, and how well he works define how many people come back to the band. they can't work with him? Fine. Close the band and start from scratch because the difference between a failed soccer player, an office worker, a drummer from Bristol and Kasabian is Tom Meighan. They've had so many different choices over nearly 10 years, but they'll never admit they fuсkеd up in every single one of them. "We had no choice" poor things. They had and more than one.
@CMB81-t9x28 күн бұрын
@@Mara-c1j I don't necessarily disagree with you, but I'll point out that Kasabian is still selling out arenas and playing to tens of thousands of people while Tom can't sell out tiny venues on occasion. So for better or worse the public that supported the band also abandoned him, not just his bandmates. The media will not cover anything he's doing either. I think it's sad and unfair, but it's indicative of what would have happened to the band had he been allowed to stay.

My state shares border with Canada so wasn't a big trip. To the UK though, 8 hour flight! Had great time on tourist visa. Washington village was nice. The Green,Cross Keys,Forge... Washington Olde was nice ,Christmas lights on the grounds and garden. Hit a few pubs in Concord, Albany also.

Kinda had to with it being George Washingtons ancestral home.. Everything else was just "living" while there. My visit was mostly spending time with my other half of a long distance relationship , around Washington mostly, her folks lived right in village, and hers was Coach Rd Estate area....Went to The Galleries a bunch for shopping and lunch... .
