Oh I totally agree with everything you say. I am having the worst customer experience with Lowe’s. It is so bad you can’t even make this stuff up. I have a refrigerator after 93 days that when I had a service on my tenant who has five small children. Do you think that Lowes even cares that five small children’s food is getting spoiled. Do you think that Lowes would send a replacement loaner until they can figure out the problem no. Dealing with Lowes is like having a part-time job. I have been on day five trying to resolve issues with Lowe’s home improvement and the manufacture. I would never walk into another Lowe’s improvement center in my life

I feel your pain. My experience was I gave their pro services a $27,000 check in October 2020 and today is 04-29-2021 and still no work has been done. I wrote a letter to the BBB. I also had to write a letter to the CEO. All they do is apologize. They are finally starting to work on it. I will never use Lowe's pro services again. Buyer beware

Reluctant to comment because I hate you to re-live the headache. I've lived in my current town for 7 years. I have NEVER walked into a LOWES and been able to find someone to help me find something. My elderly dad ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered and installed and the sales person who took his money didn't even bother to tell him he needed to purchase specific power cords. If I hadn't found out by accident that the washer and dryer were going to be delivered without power cords (at additional expense), that install would have been a disaster. ANYWAY, I've had so many bad experiences shopping at LOWES and sadly it's the only ticket in town without driving a half hour. Today I reluctantly went in to find one item, I used the APP to tell me where the item was located, but the aisle the app sent me to didn't exist. I spent 20 minutes trying to find the aisle which apparently didn't exits. Spent 10 minutes in line at customer service and got shouted at. Spent another 10 minutes walking around the store. Finally found an employee who sent me to the furthest corner of the store where the item WAS NOT located. Finally found a couple of guys leaning on the counter in flooring who told me where the item should be. And indeed I did find it. I work in a supermarket and this is NOT how I do customer service.

Try getting paint mixed. They will flat out ignore your. Rude as fuck.

I’m going through this right now with Lowe’s. On the oven in a range They don’t want to pay for the extra parts so we have to wait for them to approve the extra $80. But they say if it takes two weeks we will get $50 but they don’t need to rush because they have 60 days under their contract. I will never buy from Lowe’s again!!

Our experience with Lowes was crazy bad. We will NEVER purchase anything from them again. They keep us on hold on the phone for hours upon hours. They double scheduled delivery of the washer on two separate days. When we called to straighten out delivery they again kept us on hold for hours! They tried to deliver a smashed up washing machine to us and again it took us hours on the phone to get the new one delivered. Now two weeks out from when the damn washer was finally delivered they are calling us to let us know they tried to deliver another washer and were mad cause we weren't home. We already have the replacement washer and have been using it for weeks. Lowes sucks and we won't ever do business with them again. EVER!

Lowes wouldnt install my bathroom fixtures saying they had to do much lead testing because my home was built in 1940. They said it would take a while to do the testing. Well i went and removed lead paint chips from my garage and went back to Lowes and found the guy who ran me around and i sat down and ate the lead paint chips in front of him they couldn't stand it and i almost got banned for life for violating their lead policy and not caring.

Going through absolute hell with their production office where they're rude, mock, literally repeat mockingly what I say, and derogatory. Say all they can do is email this project specialist who says tell all your concerns to them. Had no idea this was Lowe's, they obviously approve of screw the customer and their feelings and will not shop there again. Look at the KZbin videos of their employees making fun of older customers asking questions. Why wouldn't the corporate office take those down? Yeah.
