Wishing you (all) a great season, Gwen! I love your passion for sport and competition. Also, after watching your first video-and getting to learn more about you over the last year or so-I am pretty sure you and Pat can be competitive with each other, with you taking the lead in that category. 😊 Happy Holidays to you all! 🙏🏼⭐️🕊️

Do you track running pace by kilometers instead of miles because of your short-course days? Do you prefer it for some reason, or are you just used to it?

YES, Stanley...and go to church! What a kid. What's FOMO? We all have FOMO not being in Taupo! 🥰 We raised three boys and totally understand the struggle...but how I miss those crazy days and loved to hear the ruckus in the background of this vid.💓 Prayers and God bless, Megan 🙏💪🙏 ps. we've been married for over 30 years and still do not have a headboard on our bed. 🤣And yeah, I'll use the R8 over foam roller any day of the week. 😇

I agree re flip turns. I do a few masters 1500m here in the UK and have been a member of a masters swim club. I am not convinced its any faster. On the contrary. Maybe if you're doing sub 1min 100ms? For sure anything slower than 1:30/100ms I have been in parallel lanes and have not been at a disadvantage. Look at this breastroker versus a backstroker at the turnkzbin.info/www/bejne/raapfGCubdtpjqc

Really Gweny, the events above you won were all sprints and they had very low competition! At Olympic event such as torresmolino, you were 12th, again the Big names were not all there! Age is as well going against you! : ( If only T100 would reach out to you with a "WILDCARD" so you can see how you fair at the 100km/70.3 distance? Your thoughts? And four show your fans are praying that you ain't possibly thinking of LA 2028? Definitely that thought is simply LUDICROUS! GG! All Da best on Feb 07th, 2025 in Dubai/Abu Dabie!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be great to have a video where you explain your upcoming training program, how it's structured, you could get the camera out on a bike session, show off your awesome Canyon, talk about your sponsors, etc... I think people would be really interested in that sort of stuff

Wow congrats! To make up SO MUCH TIME on such a short run is impressive. The run is definitely your weapon! Such a great way to end the season. It must inspire confidence going into the off season knowing overall training method is on track. But what were the lessons learned from this race? Where do you need to make adjustment? More focus on the bike? If so what? Road tactics? Bike handling? Strength? More time on the trainer / Zwift VO2max workouts?
