If someone isn't moving from a stop sign or stop light, check on them. I've done it a few times before and they were either sleep or unconscious. We drove through there about 5 hours later while headed to Gulf Shores. Alot of debris across I65 and numerous highway signs down either blocking the road or blown straight over.

At 4:36 PM, a tractor trailer hit a pillar on the 108 Bridge outside the Flying J Travel Center in Texarkana, Arkansas. Latest reports from law enforcement traffic and fire traffic is that the bridge suffered substantial damage, which is also what took out the camera.
