Oh great to see another Mixed Media project from you. Actually thought you'd stepped back from that entirely. I enjoyed your painting as well, of course. But as I created plenty of Mixed Media srtworks myself in the past (no longer doing that either), I got a little more interest in that than painting projects.

Why does mixed media entail several layers of wasted and expensive product? What is the use of using expensive gravel like texture in your gesso just to cover it up with coloured burlap completely? So much wasted product in these cards.
