Rapattoni was not only easier to use but also had a cleaner, more intuitive interface that was visually appealing. In contrast, CRMLS involves too many steps to perform basic tasks, making it feel overly complex-almost as if one needs programming skills to manage certain processes effectively. You cannot delete a listing when in "Cart" for a particular client. It makes no sense!

A couple of suggestions: When a agent sees the initial WelcomeMat options, all you have is upload video. That is extremely vague, it should say upload branded or unbranded video. Because we get fined for downloading the wrong file, many will just pass over this option. Right now it says nothing so as a agent who will get fined big time if we enter the wrong video many will just not use this option unless they watch this video which explains it. Also, I didn't understand, will this replace the unbranded and unbranded video I already have in place that I paid a professional to do? I always upload both & dont want these replaced. Or is this just for people who just dont know how to download branded and unbranded video links to download? Trying to understand why this is a option when we can already download the links on the MLS. Also wanted to add that when I clicked on connect to Instagram, Facebook or KZbin, nothing happened, no download or attempt to connect my accounts.

Actually, the buyer is paying for the listing agent's commission but not getting automatic representation. All the dues and fees we pay, the Realtor lobiests spend the most in DC and yet could not hire competent lawyers to defend all future buyers?

this is garbage . Just say the business of helping buyer buy a home is over and only listing agents will be in control and make a living. Thats the way its always been but now you've made it impossible for us to make a living.
