@Cultivated Culture Hi Austin After 16 years on Linkedin my account was restricted because I have added Qaulification beside my name etc, so this is dreadful experience for me being a banker in London to learn how poor is LINKED(under Microsoft) customer service *HOW TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT WHEN THEY BLOCK MY LOG IN? * and their personal verification by 3rd party called PERSONA does work. Shows my ID was submitted but nothing happened since a week! All videos refer to cases when you are already log in as otherwise you DON'Tt HAVE ACCESS TO HELP SECTION nor email address to follow up with their security team. I have tried even Twitter and X and it was just waste of my precocious time It is insane how many loops, screening forums etc I need to experience to try to contact them and get my profile (more than +22,000 network and being 1% contributors, post and article writers).I'm so fed up by this and feel being treated as trash not as person who actual contributed a lot.

As of 29.08.2023 this does not work anymore. They changed the "other" section to a "pages" section which only gives you suggestions again. No button for "create a support ticket". So I still can't contact them about a bug preventing me from seeing my messages.
