*Dreams are a sauce of mystery that relishes the thoughts of our under-waking lives. In flits or starts we peripatically find ourselves whisked inside our own discovery of another prize. This is all we wonder through in our tattered, homely hand. Confusion set so concise and open while warm and full of stars*

I watched this on PBS in the 80s and felt so bad that Captain couldn’t find the band for Dolly. I didn’t even know this was from the 70s

I had to look it up. It was a great addition to our morning kids line-up.

I live on Long Island, about 3 miles from Freeport, where Guy Lombardo lived. The street that goes by the house where he used to live is named after him, but I'll bet that 75% of Freeort's current residents have no idea who he was.

As a former Chicagoan, I love all these YT channels that upload these gems. I wanted to be a DJ when I was a kid. Super CFL and the Big 89 was always on my transistor radio, and my Mo and Dad had either WGN or WJJD on.

My favorite Houli moment was on Valentines day. At the end of the broadcast, after doing a short story about Valentines day, Mac, Christine, Houli, and the sports guy came back to sign off. Houlihan had a large heart pinned to his lapel, and with a straight face said. I guess you've all noticed that I've got a big heart on.
