i have a squeal like this on my g35. I replaced all the belts but it still squeals

😮 You said to open turn it counterclockwise...that's wrong. You turn it clockwise to get refrigerant in.

After many months trying to sort these locks this is my advice ..there are two motors ..one is for open and close the lock and the other is for the dead lock....the Body control module switches polarity to open and close the johnson motor...and the other motor deadlocks.....you can cut the.white wire on the loom to stop the.deadlock engaging if you have this problem and it still locks normally without...deadlocks are a pain if they jam...nothing opens...the motors when removed may still spin..but when loaded with the lock mechanism to move may fail...replace ..and make sure you get the right polarity replacements...and make sure the mechanism is clean and moving freely....takes a bit of washing out with WD or electric cleaner...then lightly grease it.....that's what causes motor burnout in my opinion..

How insane is it that I was quoted 3.50 hours of labor and $131.28 per coil and $19.48 per sparkplug for a grand total of $1750?

Don't you put dialectic grease on the coil and a bit of never seize on the plug threads ? But nice video...

Nice video ! I had a cylinder 5 misfire surprise me on Christmas weekend and low and behold it needed a new spark plug and coil pack. That thing was brutal to get to but finally got it replaced. Now I’m contemplating paying a mechanic to swap the remaining five or try it myself. Your video certainly helps me but there are so many dang cables/hoses in the way

Just Bought My 2005’ Infiniti FX35 AWD 3.5 Liter Off My Buddy That Was The Original Owner To It When He Bought It New, I Have Had The Car For A Year & A Half Now, Notice When I 1st Bought Car From In Back Last July 2022’ The Air Was Getting Cold But Not Cold Enough Condensating, Compressor Clutch Engages, & So Tempted To Add Some 134a & Noticed That Someone Over Charged The System, I Was Reading In The Red @ 75 Psi , So Left It Alone Dealt With Not Having Air Last Summer, Now This Summer 2023’ Go & Put My Gauge Back On System A Year Later Still Reading 75 Psi Of Freeon, So Tempted To Let Some Out Down To 40Psi & Still No Cold Air & Now Its Worse Then Before, Now No Condensating @ All & Compressor Still Running & Kicking On, So Took It Over To My Best Friends House, Hes A Residential/Commercial A/C & Heating Guy, He Had His Son Throw Gauges On It For Me & It Was Still Reading 40Psi Since My Pops Let Some Out To Get It Out Of The Red Originally, So My Buddy’s Son Blew The Charge, But Without No Vacumn Put On The System, He Tempted To Add New Freeon Get It @ 50Psi & Still No Cold Air, Now My Pops Is Telling Me He Should Of Blew The Charge, Throw A Vacumn On System & Then Try & Recharge, But He Didnt. So Question Is Should It Be Vacumned & Then Recharged?

For anyone looking to do the real fix and replace the parking brake levers inside the rear drums, just know that you may need an angle grinder or some cutout tool to get the levers out. Thanks to the design of the drums the lever inside can only be removed one way and that's ONLY if the lever still moves which if it did you wouldn't be replacing it. So since the lever is likely rusted shut and cannot actuate properly, you cannot remove it from its place without hammering it loose possibly causing damage to other components, or taking an angle grinder to the lever arm and getting it out that way. Just know its a b@#$^ to deal with and not really worth it unless you are already doing a planned parking brake change.

Thank you so much for this video. It is coming up the time that my FX needs this done, I didn't expect it to be so straight forward. It's lucky that the car is based on a RWD platform. My 2009 RX350 is a hell of a lot more tedious being that the rear plugs are underneath some manifolds.
