Offered an almost identical spec Z8 by David Inman of Bramley in Surrey some 20+ years ago for £80k. He told me it was a very strong future investment. He was so right. RIP David, you were a real car salesman gentleman.

The mere sight of this car brings tears to my eyes because I was drawn into a national competition here in South Africa where I was one of the 3 finalists and it was won by a Chinese guy. Nevertheless I have a very soft spot for Alfa Romeo and that has nothing to do with that particular competition. This company designs beautiful and distinctive cars.
