Yep support a team your whole life to finally understand. I'm a UTD fan and watched them go from winning titles to no 12th in the league and still supporting them. That's what it means to be a fan. Sadly I'm not lucky enough to live in Manchester to see them regularly, the feeling is still there tho.

She actually hasn't really damaged the Bridgertons. Even though it doesn't seem so at first, everything has been turning out okay for the Bridgertons because of what LW writes. She 100% saved Daphne from having to marry nasty Berbrooke. She saved Eloise from being caught alone with a working class boy AND from the Queen's accusations (while also saving herself). And of course, the original saving Colin from lying preggers Marina. She tries multiple times talking directly to Colin and Eloise about her very valid, life-changing concerns and they blow her off, so she saves them, from themselves, via LW. She's harsh, but sincere in her own way. It's been the ONLY way people actually listen to her.

I believe Mirabel is the next keeper of the magic. The movie all but says it in Bruno's vision and the song Dos Orugitas. The vision showed the house behind Mirabel cracking and uncracking, meaning she will be key in healing her broken family. The last verse of Dos Orugitas (Two Caterpillars) speaks of chrysalises and how becoming butterflies is already a miracle. I'd also like to mention in the beginning the candle created Casita for Abuela's family and we saw the magic spread over it to bring it to life. At the end of the film the town helps them rebuild their home, singing "we have no gift but we are many and we'll do anything for you". When Mirabel places the doorknob and the magic returns, it spreads over the whole town. Idk what that would mean but I found it interesting, like the town is being blessed in some way for stepping up when the people they relied on needed help. I kinda want a sequel to find out.

Idk if you seen the others trailers but they’d defo help you out in understanding what’s going on. Taka (scar) found Mufasa in danger in a river. Once he rescued him, it became apparent he had no family and so Takas mum decided to take him in but (if the trailers are to go by) his father is massively against it! For one reason or another, Taka has to go off to find his own land and start his own kingdom which Mufasa joins him on. Throughout the movie, a pride of white lions is tracking them down. In one of the trailers, it shows them attacking and potentially killing Takas family and many believe they did the same to Mufasa’s hence why he’s an orphan. Again, throughout the other trailers, you can see Mufasa is far more confident in terms of leading whilst Taka is more fight first, asks questions and plan later kinda guy which I think they’ll use as to why Mufasa became the eventual “king”. A few parts I’m a little apprehensive about is Pride Rock and Mufasa’s speech about the great kings. For me, Iv always seen Pride Rock as this historical and generational home that been passed down generations since Simbas 20x G8 grandparents or something, when instead the movie is more portraying it as something they more or less stumbled upon and went “meh fuck it, we’ll stay here”… For that, im really hoping it’s not the case and instead it’s either Mufasa’s old home (which I can’t really see) or (my own theory) it’s where Sarabi is from. During the film, she is looking for her pride which I’m gonna say is Pride Rock. She’s most likely the same age as Kiara was when she went on her first hunt (if you watched lion king 2 you’ll know what I’m on about) and so most likely got lost. Eventually the five (lions x3, Zazu and Rafiki) reach pride rock where either Mufasa and Taka then leave before getting in a fight with the white lions, one of them gets injured and so return to Pride Rock, get to PR and fight the white lions or Sarabi’s father and maybe rest of the pride joins the brothers and fight the white lions. Either way, Sarabi’s father not only sees his daughter loves Mufasa but that Mufasa has proven himself as a good future king and so agrees to allow him to “marry” his daughter and become king once he dies. That for me will make me happy as PR will be his historical and generational home like it’s always felt like. I think this theory of mine is also supported by the fact Zazu seems to be good friends with Sarabi already and later on is the third (or fourth) most important member of the royal family behind Mufasa, Sarabi and Simba. Zazu is from PR and so becomes Mufasa eyes in the sky (literally) in TLK1 because he knows the area really well. And regarding Mufasa’s speech in TLK1 about the great kings of the past and how this new movie may somehow over right that, I think Mufasa’s father still most likely told him that or his adopted father. It’s called the “Lion King” not “Animal King” and so each animal species most likely have their own royal family and probably had multiple kings within one species too. The White lion says “there can only be one lion king” and if the above is to be believed that he killed Mufasa’s family and later Takas, he most likely whipping out every Lion royal family so that he can become the overlord of the lion’s unchallenged! So Mufasa was most likely a prince within his own pride with his dad the king and fled for safety once the white pride arrived. Oh and btw incase you didnt know: Scars real name, Taka has been a thing even since TLK1 was in production. They just had the characters refer to him as Scar simply due to his scar. Like a lot of people do with their friends as they tend to use nicknames far more than the friends actual name. (I wrote all this at 03:50am UK time byw, so please excuse any typos or sentences simply not making sense, hopefully you can get the idea 😂😅).

Isabela is the eldest sister, and is a few months older than Dolores - according to South Americans, that piles extra pressure on her as the one who has to perform as the outward face of the family. Luisa is indeed the put upon middle child.

This was a great video. I particularly enjoyed the speculation throughout, that's what we watch reactions for - a reaction. You were pretty close right from the start. What I love abaout this film is that there really isn't a "bad guy", there's just a family trying to figure things out. I've read elsewhere the unconfirmed theory that Mirabel wasn't given a gift because she will the one to take over from Abuela, looking after the family as a whole. I like that theory, I think it fits well. Mirabel does love her family as a whole.

Similar to Dracula? It is Dracula. "Nosferatu" (1922) was an unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker's 1897 novel "Dracula" and was the first film based on the book. Eggers' "Nosferatu" is a take on this classic1922 silent film, in case you didn't know.
@aspieanarchist5439
@aspieanarchist5439 27 күн бұрын
It was also the first and last production of the German studio Prana Films before Stoker`s widow successfully sued which nearly led all prints of the film to be destroyed, luckily a couple prints were salvaged and slightly changed by American and French sailors coming back from WW1 which the German cast and crew also fought in. Additionally, all four adaptations of Nosferatu(1922, 1979, 2023 and 2024) were shot on location at actual castles in the Czech Republic.
