Excellent points about feeling guilty about leaving an abusive relationship and finally realizing that a person who is going through this is worth more than the abuse.

Love this message! God can do more with the real/rawness of who we are than when we try to put on masks and please others around us or shield ourselves from people's reactions to us. What a powerful message! Thanks for sharing!

It says come to the lord all who are weary and heavy laden. There is never a wrong time to do so. I pray that you will continue to come to the lord in all your anxieties and that he will deliver you, giving you his peace that the world cannot give. ❤

In this video, hyperarch is considered the same as jumping like anybody else, in a normal way...
@srlcadnan2 жыл бұрын
Once you see it, it can't be unseen anymore. The hyperarch mechanism of the foot is something else trust me.
@Eternaprimavera733 жыл бұрын
apparently it is wrong execution... It is not simply jumping and using the ankles
@ojszn31363 жыл бұрын
you have to apply tension to your feet so the anterior tibial shows?
@Eternaprimavera733 жыл бұрын
@@ojszn3136 I am not the founder of the hyper arch, but from what I understand, simply doing that is wrong. It would be better to ask him, if you want to be sure. Everybody jumps, but this only doesn t make everybody an hyper arch person. Of course there is a know how. The connection has to be all along the body, and not simply in any superficial estetique, even the tibial tendon. This is just an effect of doing well the job, and not the target in itself. Like in the sentence about the moon and the finger.
@ojszn31363 жыл бұрын
@@Eternaprimavera73 i did more research and i got that the if you do this correctly you'll feel stimulation in the glutes and that does come from the locked ankle which provides rigidity so the point of contact is more consistent. Plus the mechanism isnt a overnight so hopefully by now hes developed the correct mechanism
