Walakum Salam. Yes I am also a medical student and before taking admition in physics I feel maths is hard but after getting addmition Maths is so basic and easy. But in physics like mechanic in first semester contain maths in numerical and in second semester their are alot of maths like derivative integration and also 2 subjects of physics comes in 2nd semester and onward it become tough... So I suggest you if you studied Bio in second year not choose physics.... Bust of luck for your future ❤️
