Thanks mate! Very cool boss and the atmosphere in this arena is top notch. Not as hard as the first one I uploaded (Rellana) but still a good challenge and it was fun. Only complaint I have is the camera can block your view of the fight if you are too close to the boss - like under him or something like that. Just gotta have some good spacing while fighting it, then it’s all good 👍

Hey Sabbath, how are you doing! Yea she is really cool and the character is fun so far. From first impression as someone new to fighting games, she seems quite complex, her movelist is huge with a bunch of stance transitions. It’s going to be a journey to learn her but I like her moves so far. I like her fighting style a lot (traditional karate I think) and she just seems like a character that has weight to her hits - any hit could kill you kind of style.

You don’t need to hold the sprint button. Just walk and jump. The timing for each sawblade is exactly the same, but you need to practice them a lot to get the rhythm down. Good luck with the trophy!

After you do a jump - pause the game and it will give you a huge boost after you land on the platform again. Try to observe the video again and you’ll see that I get a boost right after pausing the screen.

Yeah I can do the first jump but then I can't keep jumping like you do. Do I need to just press jump after the I pause when I land or do double jump?

@@jamalabbou4052 Iirc, I don’t think you need to press jump once you’re in the air after getting the boost - you just need to make sure that you hit the next platform. When you get the boost the first time, you’ll get another boost whenever you hit another platform, try to observe my video to see which one I’m hitting next. I can’t remember if I even used the jump button after the first boost, it’s been a while since I did this, so forgive me if I’m wrong.

It’s been a while since I uploaded this so my memory of the exact times are vague, but I did set it on very hard (91). I don’t know how much tighter the times get at 100 though. I can’t speak for the other platforms but on PlayStation there used to be a bug with the times if you returned to a multi stage scenario without finishing it. There’s a thread in this forum about the issue and the OP listed his times and the AI times on Very Hard (91) forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/86405-flatout/

If I remember correctly you should be able to make it through all the Greece stages in the Flatout DLC with soft tyres when you have the option to choose. Remember to replace with new tyres when the game lets you do it throughout a multi stage scenario.

Good work with Girl Boy, I can assure you that beating Light Cotton Alley does help prepare for Impossible Boy in a way. Good luck with that one! Also regarding my English - I made that disclaimer at the time because I didn’t use English for a while (definitely not on a daily basis) so I was a bit rusty with the language. Great progress. You’ll probably need to get used to having those long no death streaks. It’s easy to choke or get nervous when you only have some levels to go. But this should confirm that’s within reach. You just need one good run 👌

No problem mate! You have to go to the settings and turn ‘Clutch Override’ - on. This way you can use the clutch. Afterwards you can always change where you want the Clutch to be in the input binding setting. I chose L1 for my own convenience - it could be different from person to person where it suits best on the controller. If I remember correctly it wasn’t L1 by default. Anyways best of luck and have fun with the events!

For the big jumps - slight braking before entering the jump and line your car slightly to direction of the upcoming corner right before you do the jump as well. So for example if the corner after the jump is on the left, steer your car just a little before jumping to prepare for a landing where your car will face the direction of the corner after the jump - that’s the goal. For smaller jumps let’s say the corner is on the left as well then you want to enter the jump by hugging the left side as much as possible while simultaneously steering a bit to the left as well - that way you can exit the jumps that have corners much faster. If you can get second place on the other two levels that’s already very good progress. I don’t know if this was any help but I do have a tips and tricks video for Finland 1992’s first stage in the video description. Feel free to check it out and good luck with the scenario!

For “I am a Legend” trophy you need to do 22 ‘individual level’ platinum medals + platinum medals for 3 full game speedruns. Total of 25 plat medals.

As for deathless it is a trophy itself. Although I might try and do that trophy and the full game selfish speedrun (43.xxx mins for plat medal) at the same time since I like to climb the leaderboard in this game for faster times. We’ll see till that time 😅

Haha oh trust me, I will struggle like a madman! I do recommend this game though if you’re interested in a fast paced platformer. Really fun game and the dev for Splasher is an ex-Rayman dev.

It’s a really fun game. The speedrunning aspect of it makes it very addictive. Gameplay is smooth and fast paced and the level design in my opinion is top notch!
