Ehhhh, it wasn’t her best. Roar was decent but Firework…. Idk, I wish she would’ve rehearsed a little more and worked on relaxing/breath support/less tongue tension.

@@katycatforever5555 Sorry, after 10 years of the same excuses, I’m good. She slayed the Halftime Show. She’s sang the same songs now for years. No excuse. This was a bad firework performance. Period. The worst she’s done in a while. She barely even sings it straight anymore. And I didn’t say she was having trouble breathing. I’m talking vocal pedagogy. Her breath support wasn’t there. A lot of flat notes. And yes, I’m aware she was nervous, but that excuse gets used way too much, along with “oh she’s sick. Oh it’s a full moon. Oh retrograde. Oh it rained today. Oh the sun came out today.” And no sorry, singing without auto tune and lip syncing isn’t impressive. It’s the bare minimum expectation. nicole scherzinger had no excuses and sounded phenomenal.

Katy, I am so impressed at your performance at the coronation!! I'm sorry to say I haven't seen you perform before--girl you are ON FIRE!!! She is a legend. I love her. But other singers her age and younger like Swift have more cds. More music. She stack on American Idol and other things and forgot about her music. She also leaves out Witness album when it's her best in my opinion. She needs to get more mature i believe. The Play in Vegas should be majesric with nice gowns. Not trash etc. I like it, i do, but i want Katy to be respected and not treated like a child in this industry. She can be artistic. She proved it in Witness and so many other things. But us fans we need her music. Not her judging, not her shoes, not her shoes etc. Ok we like them, but we miss her music! This clip is exactly like the set list on Play. Why not including other songs? She has so many treasures. I just hope on the coronation she won't sing these again. Please, no.

Thats true, when she gets booked as performer the people that pay for her performance can choose what songs she has to play. She can still do a little change of the setlist when they book her for an amount of time or songs. But katy knows what songs are the favorites and with what songs she can convince the audience.
