Why do I keep having a feeling that this is a very boring place? With all the brand name bag shops along both sides of street...,I don't know, for shopping mainly for bags here? I'm not interested in these cheesy, tacky, stupid decorations, especially the hotel fee might be over or around USD300 per night. Not worth it, and the streets are not clean at all. I don't like streets that are wet , small water puddles, and littering everywhere. Of course, NYC is a big city, I simply don't like the view here. Might stay away from downtown for a 30-60 minutes' commute! Surely it is not economically friendly, disappointing.

😄 As someone who’s not a NYC resident, ‘ Downtown NYC ‘ seems like all of Manhattan. Except for parkland, It’s more or less hard to tell where the city’s mixed-use sections end and others begin.
