You're getting really stronger, also why u do pull ups from back? In fact it's not more effective, it's just hard to do, but no effect. Normal pull ups are much better
@Teymur69420Ай бұрын
Thanks bro! I do that because it targets my traps instead of my lats. I first do behind the neck pullups to traps then I do regular pullups in order to train my lats. My pull day routine is like this, but I didnt record most of it: 2 sets of behind the neck pull ups 2 sets of wide pullups 1 set of rows 1 set of wide grip chin ups 1 set of close grip pullups 1 set of curling each arm All to maximum failure

Linguistically yes, but race is a different matter. In the early days ppl spoke an indoeuropian language in Finland. The language is not everything. Anybody can adopt another language and learn other languages as well.

@@butterflies655Yes the original people who inhabited Finland were likely Indo Europeans but I believe there was a theory that some of the peoples in the Ural Mountains/modern day Russia migrated into the region and intermingled with the populace. It is not very farfetched. As time went on, the euro genes grew and the Uralic settlers dwindled. It was a very VERY long time ago though.

In the past, Ainu and Ryukyu people were discriminated against, but now Japanese and Ainu Ryukyu people respect each other. In my opinion, in order to eliminate discrimination, I think it is important for both sides to respect each other, not one side. I hope that whites, blacks, Asians and aliens respect each other.

No offense, but biologically, Koreans have some Finnish DNA as well, making up almost 3% of their total genetic makeup. Additionally, the Finnish language has a similar pronunciation to Korean and Japanese, and their grammar structures are also quite similar. And most of all, if you see Half Asian and Half Finnish offspring, they really look Asians, which is not a case that is found usually in other European and Asian offspring.

Finnish people look no different than swedish or danish people. Finnish sounds nothing like korean or japanese, it just sounds italian or something. And the average Korean has mongolian dna not finnish. Finnish people rather wanna be nordic than associate with russians or east asians.
