When making the coffee syrup do we just mix the demura sugar with the concentrate or do we have to heat it up like with meal syrups?

There’s no need for heating. Simply stir the sugar into the coffee concentrate until it is fully dissolved.

Just so happened to make this almost exactly same recipe the other day! I used a few cinnamon tea bags and it ended amazing. Honestly I would totally love this on pancakes or other things too. Super delicious and so easy!

I remember watching an old episode of Bar Rescue years ago and they had a different version of this 'Honey Badger Cocktail'. I decided to try and make one which included Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey but couldn't find that particular recipe but I did find several variations of this particular cocktail with yours being the most interesting and entertaining.
