This games on sale for the Switch at the moment. $15. Just have a question does this play more like Strive, can I play this in normal instead of that easy mode or that one direction one button special move style. Is this game worth playing at this price? Any advice would be nice.

I personally love the game but, I honestly cannot recommend any version but the PC version. The game is super dead, so if you want to play with people online you'd have to join groups on discord or reddit. There's also almost no single player content for this game other than an arcade like story mode, so unless you just want to sit around and vibe on the game in training room or with friends online there's nearly no reason to get it. You can also do motions for the inputs instead of the simple direction + button for moves, if you do the motions your meter starts refilling faster. However, there is no option to disable the simple inputs for the moves. So it's honestly up to you if you feel it's worth it.

For diablos, stay near the legs and watch out for the charges. Also bring screamer pods. Firing one while he his underground will force him out and give an openning for dammage.

Sorry I didn't see this until now. I would suggest checking to see if there's any subreddits or discord servers where people are actively playing. Chances are you can get people to help with it. But if not, either use the join request feature when you set up the quest or join other people's join requests for the monster you need.

I helped legitimately thousands of people get to G rank and farm lord knows how many Ukanlos, Akantor, Fatalis, Crimson and White, the list goes on with the Ad Hod Party on PS3 and Freedom Unite. Ever since then I'd always help people accordingly, using multiple characters and level appropriate gear since some don't want the overbearing help from someone 800x their rank with maxed out gear.

I'll never forget how hard you worked to keep me alive. All those dusts... Kitten Cannon is kind of OP. Check out how many times it ALMOST hit the monster! 26:37 So far so good... We beat Shigeru Magala with only a few close calls. My fave was being stunned and knocked down to the lower platform at the same time... I'm pretty sure everything about knowledge of the mechanics of the game was from Nale. At around this time when I played it I didn't really know a whole lot about the game mechanically. He was fiercely grinding it around this time.
