Plume is a powdery white dust found on cigars which have been perfectly aged, it will then release oils from the filler, binder and wrapper. These oils crystalise on the wrapper creating the white dust which shows perfect aging. Plume can take a long time to form and some cigars will never get plume. this might be what the "mold" was google some photos it looks the exact same in my opinion

I had that one, the Bighorn and Yellowstone and brought them on our Montana trip 3 years ago. Totally cliche but I thought it would go well with camping. They were all just ok to me.

2024. My first Monster ever tonight. For me it was like a cherry wood sweentness seasoned with black pepper. Not much of a spice fan, but after this one, I'm looking forward to trying all the skinnies. Does size really matter with the monsters? Someone told me every vitola has a different blend.

@@garyreid372 I’m not sure if tat really tried to stay true to original blend or not (on sizes). However, industry leaders say the wrapper is what imparts the majority flavor and skinnier vitolas have more wrapper.
