We are looking to relocate from the UK. Considering Sotogrande / Estepona & Fuengirola. 2 young children. Safety, food & sports the key factors for us. Any advice? Also do you do rental properties in these locations?

It is definitely one of the best areas on the coast and particularly in Fuengirola but you don't get much for your money. For a town house I would expect to see more gardens front and back, more land but these don't even have a front garden and you have blocks on top of other blocks, no space!

I dream to move to Spain......but, i feel i'll have a real hard time deciding where to finally settle...There are so many wonderful places!.....Fuengirola, Estepona, Calpe, Valencia, Santander.....and in the islands, Alcudia, Can Picafort, Santa Eularia (Balearic Islands) and Puerto de la Cruz and other cities in Canary Islands. Wow, all of them are really, lovely places! 😊

Prices on the Costa Del Sol right now are just nuts! almost a million euros for a 2 bed flat! The developers sure are cashing in right now.

I've been to fuengirola 6 times..train stops I the centre..flat grounds. Beautiful street's, hotels ,beaches..all beside each other. No long walking involved. Perfect for elderly people
