sao paolo is collapsing but also that is not showing in the dance charts which is interesting
@RhythmGameAddict5 күн бұрын
My understanding from how the article was written is that Dance/Electronic and Dance/Pop are going to be mostly different charts with some overlap, so it's like if the Hot Rock and Hot Alternative charts were the only flagships for their genre without a Hot Rock/Alternative to act as an encompassing pool (also if Hot Rock stayed 50 positions as a result). As such, we're looking at something like this next week: *Hot Dance/Electronic* 1. Miles on It 2. Forever Young 3. The Days 4. Move 5. Under Your Spell 6. Keep Up 7. Did I Tell U That I Miss U 8. I Adore You 9. Funk do Bounce 10. Como la Flor *Hot Dance/Pop* 1. Miles on It 2. Apple 3. Forever Young 4. 360 5. Guess 6. Sao Paolo 7. Sympathy is a Knife 8. Sigma Boy 9. Como la Flor 10. I Like It If it does play out like that, do you think you'll mention debuts on both charts or at least a quick overview of Dance/Pop in the future?

@@RhythmGameAddict Yeah we’ll see how I run with this moving forward, given that Dance / Pop is not really likely to move heavily, I’ll see whether it’s worth covering debuts there when they pop up

- What a downgrade of EDM music. I hope 2025 would have a better releases - My homies 5SOS and IVE fell into the generic house trap 😢 they deserve bettee - I'm tired of remakes and samples. Why they are using these? To make the old songs relevant or the DJ producer itself? - I'm gonna like Purple Disco Machine's releases. Robin Skouteris' Pop Love X1 got me here when Substitution uses as the instrumental, this part is really fire. Not to mention he put it as BEST OF THE WEEK on An Analysis of Dance episode last year. And they never disappoint so glad they had a few entries. *100-91* Best: Heat Worst: Ratata *90-81* Best: places to be Worst: Buscando Money *80-71* Best: Dance Alone Worst: P.A.T.T. (Party All The Time) (Adam Bayer, Layton Gordaini & Green Velvet Remix) *70-60* Best: Shiver Worst: Vois Sur Ton Chemin (Techno Mix) *60-51* Best: Say What Worst: Perfect (Exceeder) *50-41* Best: Yamore Worst: Teka *40-31* Best: She's Gone, Dance On Worst: Forever Young *30-21* Best: Lioness Worst: Lovers In A Past Life *20-31* Best: Beat Of Your Heart Worst: Miles On It *10-1* 10. Pedro - 6 9. Thank You (Not So Bad) - 3 8. Whatever - 2.5 7. Mwaki - 8.5 6. Black Friday (pretty like the sun) - 6.5 5. I Adore You - 9 4. Move - 10 3. I Don't Wanna Wait - 4.5 2. Stumblin In' - 2 1. The Sound Of Silence - 0

Waaaay too many remakes and samples, but overall I still quite enjoy most of this list. Much closer to my taste than what's on the hot dance chart. Glad to see that Garrix can at least still reach this year end chart; and also nice to see a far better Kygo song on here.

thought you'd do a meme review of Sigma Boy like you did for GigaChad Theme :(. Also mad curious to know what other football jerseys you have other than the Real Madrid? There is a 99.99% chance TikTok is banned in the US on January 19. Any songs on the chart mainly off of TikTok have 5 or 6 weeks of charting left before they either drop down the charts or out altogether unless the virality sticks on around on Spotify and there won't be new songs going viral via TikTok.

Kinda caught me off guard that NOTION song is growing really fast, if it keeps gaining it could make a run at the Hot 100 in 2025. I feel like Under Your Spell might have a small chance of crossing over too.

This is the earilest I have seen you be to a week's chart ever since I started following you and it's not a short video either. Hope this is a trend as this is how you grow a following and not your previous (almost) a week behind schedule. If you could manage a couple of months straight being this early I could see you crack 1k by April or May. Anyway I know these 2 songs will debut next week: Una Velita by Tiesto Dancing In Love Alan Walker and MEEK
