Sorry for the year delay in replying..... I was not expecting any comments and have just started to post again after a disappointing start. The short answer is a workbench, electric plane, electric router, manual guillotine and some hand sanding at various paper grades. This is a relatively cheap way to do it but you can get great results. Tung oil to finish it off....start small....go big
