I was born in Garfield st in 1946 it was right facing number 6 dock moved around the corner to st james st in 1963 right facing ordsall secondary school, moved to Stretford when I married in 1970, then moved to stafford in 1985 have not been back to Salford since, think everything i knew is long gone ,from the video it has completely changed from my days when i lived there

A wonderful tribute to all those who gave their lives and strength for our freedom and security! The drone footage of Dudley Castle beautifully captures the dignity and history of this place and is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made to make our peace possible today. Hi John, I’m operating the high reach machine. Are you coming back to film some more, I did see your drone flying behind my machine a couple of times. I will have the building down hopefully by Friday if all goes to plan, if not Monday.
