They don’t deserve any death threats or anything but it’s still very disappointing. Why did they only test a day before release? They also still promised people it would be releasing today. Also, they still haven’t even given us like something to grasp onto about how far they are into bug fixing, they just keep saying that they’re working on it and dedicated and posting big essays when all we need is to know how they’re doing on bug fixing.

@@jordanren2949 Research is always very important, Roblox had a major update less than a week ago that created these bugs, Lucky in fact tweeted about such, its still understandable that people are mad and/or disappointed but it will never justify the lengths that some folks went

There will be two different gamemodes. Both of them will have their own rewards you'll be able to obtain. BUT the gamemode where you grind your own team will have more rewards than the one with the Showdown system.

@@KlaranDevyeah idk about that , splitting up the players could result in a harder time finding matches which could be annoying during certain times of the day , xd should fo shoooo be one or the other , not both

Why showdown is way better the grinding part is boring while the pvp is fun

We NEVER claimed nor pretended to be a "Pokemon Brick Bronze successor." The only thing we have in common with Pokemon Brick Bronze is our composer, Kyle Allen Music. Tales of Tanorio is a passioned project and we do not inspire to become better than anyone else. We just want people to have fun, playing the game and offer our own vision of a creatures catching game. As for the "Pokemon bait" part, Tales of Tanorio, initially Pokemon Metal Malachite suffered from copyright claim from The Pokemon Company and Nintendo. Because of that, the game had to be canceled. Which, in a sense, is a good thing, as it allowed Tales of Tanorio to become even better than how anyone in the team imagined it would. Finally, about the starter's typings, of course they will have things to defend themselves.

"Pokemon brick bronze successor" nobody ever said it was.. huh? "The scummy pokemon bait and switch in the beginning was NOT cool" you mean the thing that got Cease & Desist from the big N and TPC? Would you rather they got sued for that? "making AND acknowledging that one starter is much better than the others because of typing is sooooo dumb imo" Nothing is perfect, besides which starter are you talking about? If you mean Guardemis - it literally has more weaknesses than anny current tanorian, it's covered by 7 types...

@@KlaranDev im not trying to start problems/fights, i was just throwing my opinion out there. From an outside perspective of someone who doesnt follow the game as much, origionally starting as a pokemon game when it was pretty obvious itd get nuked, then pivoting VERY quickly to a new branding where new things are already moddeled, it kinda looks like you just tried to slap pokemon onto your project to get people interested. Maybe im wrong, but i SWEAR i heard somewhere that the quote involving "Brick Bronze Successor" was said. Maybe it was earlier days of development, idk. The starter thing, i was stating my opinion on, not objectively speaking. If someone likes one starter, they shouldnt be discouraged to choose it. Starters are typically a lot more powerful in games than other creatures, so one being able to easily beat the other 2 immediatly removes uniquness and options. Again, mostly opinion stuff. Not objective in any way.

@@parkemon5508 there's absolutely no problem! I was only answering your comment in the most informative way possible! It's fine to ignore things! But yeah, we just don't want to compete against anyone or anything. Just enjoy something we worked on and stuff. :p

We didn't decide that at the time I released the video. And I got super upset when releasing the video and only a few hours after that, being told we'd release with 2 gyms and have the animations fixed by next week.
