I don’t understand what I’m watching. Yeah the fabric is kinda loose. Looks like maybe someone used a heat gun instead of an iron. But it’s tighter than a lot of ultralights I’ve flown. You can heat an iron to 350 and get some wax paper so you don’t damage paint. Heat right through the wax paper. It should tighten right up.
