Thank you! I think it's going to stick with 1 class a week officially, with occasional surprise mid week classes. The end of 2024 was bananas for me and my family with a lot of health stuff, so my grand plans had to be scrapped. But all good now and ready to jump into filming again next week!

I truly love your workouts. I didn't realize if you point your toes off the edge of the mat for the bridge that it would be more intense. The standing work towards the end was also killer.

I did use this as my workout finisher today. A perfect (but challenging) way to wrap. However, I must say that we count the seconds much differently during plank LOL. Your 8 seconds and mine feel different 😂 Thanks, Mary!!

Perfect finisher! I was envisioning it as that or as a quick workout to squeeze in as we head into the holidays. And 100% plank seconds are the very longest seconds - I had to force myself to count that slowly 🤣

Rolling back on the the thigh lift is a little uncomfortable for me. Should I be rolled on the back of the hip?

Is it uncomfortable on your supporting hip or arm? If it's on your hip, I would first make sure that you're roller back far enough. If that's still uncomfortable, try putting some extra padding underneath you, like a blanket. If it's your supporting arm, you can absolutely so the entire series laying on your side rather than propped up on your forearm. Let me know if that helps!

Omg I audibly yelled at you today! So sorry for the things I yelled at the screen today lol. This was maybe the most challenging one I’ve experienced in a while. I felt FIRE. And ofc I KNEW it couldn’t possibly be over until we did a double glute exercise to finish 😅 Thank you as always, Mary! If you’re taking suggestions, I’d love some more posture improving workouts. The doctor ordered it! ❤
