Boat speed is moderate. There is no speeding incentive

Don't hang out with that guy , you might get in big trouble if the police caught both of you for not wearing helmet while riding a scooter . As you know Vietnam traffic is very dangerous , so wearing a helmet here could save your life in case of accident . It's better be safe than sorry .

Wearing a Helmet is always safer. We had no problems crossing multiple police checkpoints. All good. Thanks for your reply

understood that panglao sea has a lot to harvest for food.. it is alive not lot of chemicals around which can destroy seaweeds and corals
