Captain Jacks Deadbug Brew is super effective, but buy the concentrate: Ready made spray bottle, 0.25 gallon (aka 32 fl oz), $10, or 31.3¢ per fl oz Concentrate, 16 fl oz of concentrate makes 8 gallons, $15, or 1.5¢ per fl oz So the concentrate is about 20 times cheaper.

Hi. Great video! I have a large potted Arrowhead that is quite infested with both thrips and black scale on back of leaves. I originally treated with a diluted isopropyl alcohol spray and alcohol dabbed on scale. Unfortunately only temporarily seemed to help. I just started using the Bonide systemic houseplant insect control and Bonide neem oil spray. Should using both those products be enough to help? Thanks for any information.

Great Alocasia collection! Not that you need anymore, but the Alocasia Ninja would compliment your Black Velvet and Maharani. Similar to both, but sweet and petite.

I have never fertilized my indoor plants (I use fish fertilizer on my outdoor plants when they're new or on my veg garden), but this inspires me to give it a try.

Yeah, I need to go through my plants and get rid of the ones that just aren't doing it for me anymore. I got a Baltic Blue (in store) and Cebu blue (cutting online) a few months back. I am in love with them both. I actually found the Baltic at Wegman's before I ever found them at the big box stores.

This is my first time ever hearing of beneficial insects to put on plants (indoors). It just never occurred to me, but totally makes sense. I know you posted this video a few months back. Looking back, would you say they were worth it?

Definitely! I order them monthly now and have almost no issues with spider mites on my calatheas. They are definitely a game changer for me!

You have a very nice looking collection! The few scars don't really bother me at all, I also had another plant fall on a mammillaria cactus and it started growing a second head, looks quite interesting! I put my cacti outside in the summer months, they love it. Thanks for another nice video!

All you plants are so beautiful but I have to say that the string of pearls on the shelf behind you is amazing! I always have the hardest time keeping them alive. I’ve tried several times and they always suffer a slow death. What’s your secret to keeping yours so full and beautiful?

I just discovered Hoyas. Your blooming one was beautiful. Do you dust the leaves on your large plants?
@crazy4shuz
@crazy4shuz 2 жыл бұрын
I do dust the leaves, I ha e a few different ways I do it. I use a soft paintbrush or a microfiber cloth on smaller leaves. On plants with large strappy leaves like my peace lily, I have a pair of microfiber gloves so I can kind of glide my hands over each leaf, the gloves are a game changer!
