What Happend that day was a one off insitdent that coud of happend anywere..But it was like they the Police and the RSPCA AND THE BROWN ENVELOPE MEN THAT WERE GIVEING THE ORDRERS LETS SAY WERE OVER THE MOON WITH WHAT HAD HAPPENED THAT FAIR DAY.
