Well actually you don't actually need umbreon because golbat can learn bite so if you don't want to do a friendship evolution it's the better option

Darmanitan is easily the most broken pokemon in black and white, changing it for chandelure is crazy, just ev train into atk and hp for darmanitan

For diantha just setup sword dance aegislash on her hawlucha and then mow the lawn XD

Greninja and pangoro both has dark type, kinda redundant tbh. Honedge is enough to beat grant (let's be real here kalos isn't hard). Venusaur poison type is kinda useless if you already have steel type also, i'd say ditch talonflame for charizard instead and for grass type there are many options such as gogoat For pangoro slot it can be either garchomp or rhyperior for ground coverage against electric type
