@@jaffajenkins you could create a small setup of several devices of your gear and put the rest on stock. You can still exchange some devices or add something necessary until the concept works for you. If you found your setup you can still think to replace two devices for one if that one can do the job of that two.

It’s a journey to find the right setup. This setup is small in dimensions but still provides nineteen instrument tracks. There is no sample machine wasting my time for searching samples. My previous setup was much bigger because I used an Aux Mixer with FX-Pedals. Now I use the inputs of the Elektrons for FX-ing and mixing of the synths. The current mixer is only mixing the Elektrons.

Thanks for listening. It’s not quite modular but yes a little bit because the synthesizers can be modulated by the grooveboxes via midi and the audio outputs of the synths are connected to the inputs of the Grooveboxes for controlling their volume in the mix and add FX.

Yes, it’s a MiniFreak. I tried once the Microfreak and I liked the sound engine, but it felt like a toy in my hands. I sold it again after a week and was surprised several month later, when they announced the Minifreak.
