The materials i used was the lens from a pair of a funny glasses with huge frame and a sieve for flour, and i've attached them using small screws

I was wondering how much of the helmet was fiberglassed? I can see where you used the resin to harden the frame but can only see the fiberglass used on the visor. I ask as I'm considering the biker scout for my next build and I hate using fiberglass, so the less of it I have to use the better :)

I was wondering how you hinged the frontal part of the mask to the back. I'm finishing the resin step. I'm going to do the inside of the helmet with resin once I figure out how to hinge the two pieces +cyanidemon

After that i cut the helmet in two pieces (see 0:47) i added a strip of cardboard on the inside of the back part of the helmet on which i applied resin and fiberglass (see 0:55)

Good luck :). Don't forget to use a protective mask .....the resin is pretty toxic.

Thanks. I used one can of fiberglass+resin kit and 4 cans (250 gr) of bondo.

+William L. Bozarth Unfortunately no, i didn't knew that the festival will be streamed. I was checking news about this awesome band (Red Harvest - one of my favorite band ever) and saw the link where it will be streamed so....... Anyway.....i'm glad that i could see them live through the internet.

yeah i got curious so i build a blacked out piece and it was the mic for inside the chin section i just plan on using actual mic tips

+elliot smith it was my mistake. i forgot to activate the edge id, so i printed separately the blacked out template to help me to assemble the helmet
