I feel like it will be low, last year we seeded barely straight into grass and very little grew, maybe it was because gofers ate the crop. This year we cultivated it and seems to be growing ok now.

I went and looked at them tonight and I think the lack of rain is going to be the problem in the areas where the moisture was good I've got a really good stand but up on the higher sand they are thin but still coming up just need a good soaking....I sprayed it and the grass has turned yellow....if I get 20 bushel beans I'll be surprised it's pretty high ground

Grandpa needs to SELL the EFI model and buy a manual/electric start model. Buy a 15 foot set of jumper cables and hardwire it to the genset. He can always jump from truck battery. Perhaps grandpa can find a place to store the generator that is not hidden behind a 300 pound panel door.

For the hayseed making the comment about being stuck goes to show that you’ve never had one go down on you. Depending on ground conditions sometimes you can dog leg your self out sometimes you can’t. Believe me we’ve had them so deep the doors were at ground level

Yeah but is it try to there over with a low battery? Does it give a fault light when the battery is the issue. I appreciate the information but I don’t know how to use the example in this video to relate it to my generator without further information

When you committed your committed it's either stay moving forward or risk backing up and the planter dropping in and plugging all 16 rows with mud I have a no back out policy with the planters I rather them get stuck going forward and pull them out forward

I had a 8630 stuck and I unhooked the off set disc and it walked out the hole , you might be deeper . If it spins one stop unhook and drive out . Remember stop unhook drive out . Then pull the stuck implement out with a chain or cable .
