When I power back on after doing video 1 and 2 of this series I get a pop up saying "couldn't find a bootable operating system, check boot configuration" I have a jump drive with the image downloaded and extracted from zip, from Microsoft plugged in..

2024 and still working for OSX 10.6.8 but the updated GitHub repository is rmottola/Arctic-Fox and now needs libc++ to be downloaded for 32bit

Im being told that the selected disk is not an MBR disk. The ACTIVE can only be used on fixed MBR disks. Im using a microsoft surface book. Please help. Cant i do this on a gui interface?

I've tried doing it, but it keeps giving me " No bootable device -- Insert boot disk and press any key " When i do it, i get nothing to choose 😕 eventhough i've created a bootable USB with Catalina OS ready, but nothing works

You had to upgrade it first to macOS El-Capitan then up to Mavericks, then to macOS Sierra, and the final High Sierra..then you will upgrade it from Open Core Legacy Patcher which it could run the latest macOS Monterey from there..
