Would be helpful if you were to share with us what you've done that led to feeling better. I got Lyme in 1984, and life has been unspeakable. In 2022, I finally gave up all meds; no sugar; took ivermectin daily for 3 months. After a 4th month, I felt able to go back to church after 7 years. Currently, eating sugar, and the fatigue is worsening. Difficulty sleeping at night. Taking ivermectin cyclically now.

Crazy timing for this to come up on my recommended as I am currently battling Mold Toxicity which presents with similar symptoms to Lyme and treatment isn’t too dissimilar either I think! For a while I also had no idea what was causing me to feel so bad, until I finally figured out it was Mold. I totally understand the feeling of feeling like you’re never going to get better, so to hear that you finally feel like you are is great and makes me feel positive about my own journey too! Congrats mate 🙏🏼😊

I play golf a lot so I'm so scared of these little fuckers, I've pulled a couple of ticks out of me already this summer. Pretty sure I got them before any damaged was done thankfully. I’m sorry it will not let me response under the other comment. My symptoms were very sudden. I have chronic fatigue, brain fog, dizziness and severe light sensitivity. Yes, I was only tested for Lyme and none of the co infections. I have tried many herbals and finally took 200mg of doxycycline morning and night, which did not help at all. Do you mind sharing what the triple antibiotic regimen is? I have been told that I have MCAS and POTS - it has been thought that maybe I should try a low histamine diet as well. Do you mostly eat meats, veggies and fruit then? Or do more of a low carb diet? Thank you for the response 🙂

Please please go into what treatment and diet or any tips that are helping you overcome Lyme disease. I have been sick since 2014 and then did a Lyme test through igenex in 2021 that came back positive… I have tried many treatments and none seems to be helping. Do you have periods where you will have flares of symptoms? Thank you for any advice 🙂

Max, can you speak to the testing and treatment you now receive? Is it combination antibiotics? The testing for Lyme seems inadequate in many places. Also did you have the hallmark bite pattern?
