Hi there, thanks for posting your videos (sorry for writing in English). My wife and I wanting to travel through Central Asia in our camper. It doesn't have 4 wheel-drive. Did you camper? Do you think this is a problem. Was it easy to find Diesel and also did you manage to find water ok, are there Springs to fill up water tank from? Did you have to deal with Police corruption? Many thanks, Jamie

In the long line behind us of the fallen dominos Are the faceless men and women All the lives you will never know In the darkest nights I live through Hear them whisper in my dreams "We are the oak of a thousand branches and the roots have dug so deep" Hold on through your desert Oh hold on to the reins Oh hold on to wonder Our story in your veins Once we were children Above us burned the stars And now we come to you in your darkest hour As you are who we are We would stare into our fires As you have done tonight Let the ashes know what's right Then you can decide "Hold on you know what we know Your dreams are our own You'll find out in time" Oh hold on to memory Hold on to the edge Hold on to stories The decision that you made Oh find your direction Oh hang on for your life With yesterday just a blur of grey Spinning in the wheels of time The Great Wall of China Is going to crumble in the end And the graves that still surround it Echo countless wasted men In the brotherhood of factories Where the bonds are forged in steel By the hammer of redemption In the fires of gasoline So hold on to your brother Hold on to your team Oh fight your every hour ‘cause When it hurts you start to win Oh hold on to something You can do it if you try There's a wedge between the will and when But the walls are closing in We were thrown out of our lives And across a great divide But as long as you hold on You keep us alive

Merrit Zinn putting it out would be worse than letting it burn, methane gas is 20x worse than carbon dioxide and releasing it into the atmosphere would be very bad for the environment so they just let it burn out

In the early 70s near the village of Darvaza in Turkmenistan, Soviet geologists discovered a cluster of underground gas. As a result of excavation and drilling, geologists stumbled on an underground cavity (void), because of what the earth has failed, and formed a big hole filled with gas. Drilling rig with all the equipment and transport fell in the resulting hole, the people in this incident were not injured. To harmful to humans and livestock gases do not go out, they decided to burn. Geologists have suggested that the fire will go out after a few days, but we were wrong. Since natural gas discharged from the crater is continuously illuminated during the day and night.

Then the fire would be put out and the gas would leak out into the atmosphere unburnt. That would be very bad, since methane is a far more potent greenhouse gas than CO2.

@biedjee 8 жыл бұрын
uhm.. yeah... that's what I meant when I said "except for that it's not natural at all - it was man-made". It is also written in the description that it was caused by gas drilling (which tends to be man-made as well, generally speaking). You may have missed all that when you were busy trying to be a wise-ass. No worries, idiots come in all shapes an sizes.

sand? really? you don't think the earths crust isn't good enough? because thats whats happening. doesn't matter it'll just pour out through the sand and burn and water is no different. look at videos where they are fracking near lakes. these lakes spring gas leaks that have been set on fire and there is video of this.

Lmao, I really hope you are joking. This is a natural gas deposit. It had collapsed in, and because of the toxic natural gas, Officials had to set it on fire. The gas has been burning for 44 years.
