It controls humans via employment due to the monetary needs of the species and controls it's politics and economics via it's various departments and their "projects/goals". I got disappointed, as I was hoping Nocturne to be an adaptation of SotN. Still both seasons of Castlevania Nocturne are amazing.

About the only ones I hadn't seen is 'Ulysses 31' and 'Sectaurs'. We barely had 3 channels, 4 with PBS when we could get it, so not all cartoons were available for Saturday morning cartoons. Plus I started working in 1985 when I was 16 yrs old, so I missed a few cartoons due to work.
